Another insightful week for PROSE at the exchange of experience on locomotive maintenance in Siegburg!
This time, the spotlight was on “Creativity and Innovation.” Amidst the myriad rules and regulations in locomotive maintenance, there’s an exciting realm for creative solutions and innovation to thrive!
Yesterday, PROSE-employee Bernhard Frei took the stage, diving into the world of Powerplay in Innovation Management.
The exchange of different perspectives promised numerous aha moments.
Take the opportunity to visit PROSE at the 12th IHRUS (Maintenance of Wheels and Tracks) Conference in Lucerne.
Under the motto of this year’s IHRUS symposium “Better technology through new framework conditions”, many different lectures are planned. PROSE-employee Frieder Tallafuss will also give a presentation on “Rolling Stock Maintenance of the Day After Tomorrow” together with futurist Dr. Joël Luc Cachelin. The two venture a look into the future and talk about how vehicle maintenance is influenced by trends within the society and the economic world. The presentation is intended to broaden the view from today to the day after tomorrow and to show the audience relevant changes that the entire industry is undergoing.
Subsequently, PROSE will make our findings and opinions from the industry available to interested readers in a white paper (initially available only in German).
We are looking forward to exciting presentations and discussions!
You have the opportunity to meet PROSE at the 12th IHRUS (Maintenance of Wheels and Rail) symposium on Thursday, 16 November 2023 at the Verkehrshaus Lucerne.
PROSE will hold an interesting lecture about “Rolling Stock Maintenance of the Day After Tomorrow” together with the futurist Dr. Joël Luc Cachelin on the changes that are taking place in our society and in the world of business, and what impact this could have on the maintenance of rolling stock. The lecture will encourage the audience to consider the future and its opportunities and challenges within maintenance. As PROSE wants to stimulate discussion within the audience, the lecture is placed at the end of the lecture series.
Last week, PROSE had the privilege of participating in two great events, RNTP (Rencontres nationales du transport public) in Clermont-Ferrand and the 16th ECM Exchange in Olten.
RNTP brought together the best minds in public transport, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas to enhance mobility solutions. The commitment to creating sustainable and efficient public transport systems was inspiring. Thank you all for visiting our booth. We are excited about the possibilities that await.
Meanwhile, at the 16th ECM Exchange of experiences showed that there are still many unanswered questions about the application of ECM and that the topic itself is in a constant state of transformation. Thus, the comparison of AVV and ECM again resulted in lively discussions, terminology is often interpreted differently and the political situation between Switzerland and the EU exerts a greater influence than one would assume.
PROSE was also in the thick of it this year; taking along the new information and passing on its own experiences. We would be happy to advise you as a company personally and tailored to your questions and needs.
