Visit PROSE on the 7th of September in Basel!

On the 7th of September, the 46th General Assembly of the Swissrail Industry Association and the General Assembly of Verband öffentlicher Verkehr (VöV)  will take place in the St. Jakobshalle in Basel. Over lunch there will be an exhibition in which PROSE will also participate.

The following day, various interesting events will take place. Afterwards, Federal Councillor Albert Rösti, Head of the Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications DETEC, will address the public transport industry.

Our PROSE-colored t-shirts took over Winterthur, Switzerland, for a day. Building strong teams with various activities. Together, we are Shaping tomorrow’s mobility.

PROSE-Switzerland at Swissrail Mobility Day in Baden!

Thank you Swissrail for organizing the Mobility Day in Baden!

It was a great day to make new contacts and to see old familiar faces. We used the opportunity to share our knowledge, how we see the trends, and work together to advance our vision of Shaping tomorrow’s mobility.

The participants were able to benefit from the versatile supporting program, which offered a platform for an interesting exchange with its presentations and company pitches on industry-relevant topics. We also contributed to the program with PROSE-employee Dr. Bernhard Frei giving a presentation on “Best practice in research collaboration from an industry perspective”.

We are the logo!!

One of the many activities we had during our 40-year employee celebration was to form our P-symbol with employees. Curious about the outcome? Here is a sneak-peak photo.

PROSE-Sweden at Train&Rail – recap

A big thank you to all who visited us during the train & rail fair in Stockholm this week.

It was interesting to take part in the first-time-ever initiative of a rolling stock fair in Stockholm. A lot of relevant exhibitors and important conversations took part.

Looking forward to the outcome. We are convinced a lot of cool and interesting new projects are around the corner. Stay tuned to hear more.

PROSE-Sweden at Train&Rail

Train & Rail is The Nordic Region’s largest fair for sustainable rail transport. Taking place for the first time at Stockholmsmässan.

Internal event: Electrical Day

Did you know PROSE has electrical departments in both Italy and Austria?

The two sites came together for training days in the Valpolicella hills (Verona) to learn more about the new structure of the department and deep dive into its role in the overall PROSE strategy.

The days also contained training sessions in Brake Systems for non-mechanical engineers.

PROSE is committed to sustainable mobility! 

PROSE is taking part in the bike to work campaign again this year. Bike to work takes place every year from May to June. During this time, every kilometre on the bike counts – be it the ride to the office or the ride on home office days!

 

PROSE Bern goes skiing 

As every year, the team Bern went skiing together. The spring-like temperatures last Friday, unfortunately, caused the snow to melt and the whole team had to struggle with “braking snow” from 12 o’clock onwards. Nevertheless, the mood was good and the team could enjoy the beautiful view of the big Scheidegg and the Eigernordwand.

 

This year’s Christmas dinner

This year’s Christmas dinner for Prose-Winterthur office was all about sports Before the skills were put into test everyone gathered for a relaxed apéro in the Kesselhaus Refilled with some “target water” and new energy, the 22 PROSE-ians hit the bowling alley next door. Some could celebrate a strike, some missed a shot. Was it perhaps due to the soccer match on the screen at the end of the lane?

The night ended with a fine fondue and good wine in the arched cellar
