On Track with AI

PROSE-employee Felix Saur delivered an insightful presentation on how noise and wear on trams can be reduced to a minimum at the “Nordic seminar on Railway technology” in Stockholm.

The presentation was about the use of artificial intelligence in the form of machine learning models in rail vehicle technology to reduce noise and wear caused by wheel-rail contact. Felix focused on the application example of rail head lubrication, which is currently being realized together with Bernmobil.
