Das verbindende Element zwischen dem bestehenden Stellwerk, der neuen Stellwerkgeneration und den bestehenden Aussenanlagen ist der Object Controller. Um sowohl Technologiebasis, Entwicklungsdauer als auch Entwicklungsaufwand und Risiken absch\u00e4tzen<br \/>\nzu k\u00f6nnen, wurde PROSE beauftragt die bisherigen Konzeptdokumente zu beurteilen und entsprechende Absch\u00e4tzungen zu erstellen.<\/p>\n<p>PROSE stellte ein Team von erfahrenen Fahrzeuginstandhaltungsexperten zusammen. Die Arbeitsinhalte und -prozesse wurden systematisch analysiert und Vorschl\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Anpassungen und m\u00f6gliche Verbesserungen formuliert. In einer zweiten Phase wurden die identifizierten Bereiche in Workshops mit Fachleuten der RAlpin und des Unterhaltsdienstleisters diskutiert und die endg\u00fcltige Formulierung der Arbeitsinhalte und -abl\u00e4ufe f\u00fcr das Reglement festgelegt. Die Dokumente wurden von PROSE \u00fcberarbeitet und eine neue Revision wurde zur Freigabe vorbereitet.<\/p>\n<h4>Kundennutzen<\/h4>\n<p>SBB verf\u00fcgt selbst \u00fcber erfahrene Mitarbeiter im Umfeld von sicherheitsrelevanten Systemen. Aufgrund der Bedeutung des Object Controllers f\u00fcr die Migration, sowie um eine h\u00f6here Pr\u00e4zision der Aufwandsund Entwicklungszeitabsch\u00e4tzung zu erzielen und weitere m\u00f6gliche Risiken zu erkennen wurde bei PROSE eine Zweitmeinung eingeholt. PROSE verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber erfahrene Mitarbeiter, welche sowohl in der Signaltechnik und Softwareentwicklung, wie auch im sicherheitsrelevanten Bereich Erfahrungen vorweisen k\u00f6nnen.
