Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen, Lieferanten \/ Industrie,<\/li>\n<li>Beh\u00f6rden national \/ international BAV \/ ERA, sowie weitere Stakeholder (CER, S2R, ER JU, DG Move, RCA,\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Unsere Umsetzung<\/h4>\n<div class=\"ExternalClassF88229AD6C9B4232A4717D0D3C89676C\">\n<div class=\"ExternalClassF88229AD6C9B4232A4717D0D3C89676C\">\n<p>PROSE wird mit der Projektleitung f\u00fcr das SBB Projekt OCORA \/ Fahrzeugausr\u00fcstung mandatiert. Zuerst wird das Projekt in den Dimensionen Kosten, Nutzen, Inhalte und Zeitplan definiert und zur Beschiessung dem Bundesamt f\u00fcr Verkehr vorgelegt. Im Anschluss befasst sich die Projektleitung mit dem Aufbau der Projektorganisation und der Gr\u00fcndung, Planung und dem Management der internationalen Kooperation OCORA mit den Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen NS, SNCF, DB, \u00d6BB und SBB. Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch das Vertreten der Interessen der CER in der ERA Arbeitsgruppe \u00abTrain Modular Architecture\u00bb hinsichtlich der anstehenden TSI Releases.
