Parallel dazu koordinierten wir mit dem Drittanbieter Zoerkler die Durchf\u00fchrung von Pr\u00e4zisionsmessungen am Getriebe, Materialanalysen und H\u00e4rtepr\u00fcfungen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Schnittstellen, Toleranzen und Funktionsfl\u00e4chen wurden systematisch mit den physischen Komponenten abgeglichen und durch eine strukturierte CSM-RA-Risikobewertung validiert.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Grundlage dieser Eingaben erstellte PROSE eine aktualisierte 3D\/2D-Dokumentation und eine technische Spezifikation, in der Material, W\u00e4rmebehandlung, Toleranzen und Anforderungen an die Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschaffenheit gem\u00e4ss den Sicherheits- und Dokumentationsstandards f\u00fcr den Schienenverkehr festgelegt wurden.<\/p>\n<h4>Kundennutzen<\/h4>\n<p>Die langfristige Verf\u00fcgbarkeit von Ersatzteilen wird durch eine aktualisierte und vollst\u00e4ndige technische Dokumentation gew\u00e4hrleistet, die eine zuverl\u00e4ssige zuk\u00fcnftige Herstellung von Ersatzteilen erm\u00f6glicht. Dadurch wird das Risiko der Veralterung der betreffenden Teile erheblich verringert.<br \/>\nDank des hybriden Reverse-Engineering-Ansatzes von PROSE, der mobiles 3D-Scannen, Mesh-Verarbeitung und featurebasierte CAD-Modellierung kombiniert, konnte die technische Dokumentation zeiteffizient geliefert werden.
